How to Make Cranberry Nut Bread

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a 10 x 5 – inch loaf pan with a baking spray.

2. Stir together flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda in a bowl.

3. Add cranberries and walnuts and stir to coat.

4. Whisk together egg, oil, zest, and juice in another bowl.

5. Add egg mixture to flour mixture, and stir until just blended. Pour into prepared pan.

6. Bake until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 50 minutes.

7. Cool in the pan 10 minutes, then remove to a wire rack and cool completely, about 2 hours.
