  • ¾ cup BBQ sauce
  • 3 lbs. pork tenderloin
  • 2 Tbsp. pork seasoning (below)
  • 24 oz. root beer

Pork Seasoning

  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • ½ tsp. smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp. chili powder
  • ¾ tsp. onion powder
  • ¾ tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

How to Make BBQ Pulled Pork

1. Pat the pork dry with a paper towel and season both sides with the pork seasoning.

2. Place the pork in the cooking bowl and pour root beer over the top.

3. Place the lid on the 6-Quart 11-in-1 Cooking Pot and lock into place. Press the MEAT button and set the timer for 35 minutes.

4. When the timer goes off, use Natural Pressure Release.

5. After all the steam has released, carefully open the lid, remove the pork, and place on a large cutting board. Allow the pork to rest for 10 minutes. Using two forks, shred the pork and place back in the cooking bowl.

6. Add the BBQ sauce to the cooking bowl with the pork and stir to combine.

7. Serve with coleslaw and hamburger buns.
