How to Make Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding with Cinnamon Rum Sauce

1. Place bread into greased baking dish, drizzle butter and chocolate chips over and mix to combine.

2. Whisk cream, sugar, eggs, egg yolks, vanilla, and salt in a bowl and pour over the bread cubes.

3. Let the bread soak the raw custard mixture for at least 30 minutes or overnight.

4. Pre-heat oven to 350ºF and sprinkle brown sugar on top.

5. Bake for 1 hour (make sure the bread pudding is set in the center).

6. While pudding is baking, make the rum sauce.

7. Melt unsalted butter in heavy medium saucepan over medium-low heat.

8. Add dark brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt and whisk until sugar is dissolved and mixture is bubbling and smooth, about 5-10 minutes.

9. Remove from heat and whisk in rum and vanilla.

10. Serve bread pudding with cinnamon rum sauce.
