Serving Size: 1 – 1.5 oz brie

How to Make Baked Brie with Walnuts + Dates

1. Line the baking pan with aluminum foil and place the brie on top. Score the top of the brie in a criss-cross pattern, cutting just through the rind.

2. In a small bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients, except for the honey.

3. Pour the walnut/date mixture over the top of the brie. Some of the mixture will fall around the sides of the brie.

4. Generously drizzle honey over the entire mixture.

5. Slide the baking pan into the center rack and bake at 375°F for 12-15 minutes, or until brie is soft and topping is bubbly.

6. Serve with crackers or pretzels.
